Your Opportunities
TechBridge offers both individual and corporate volunteers opportunities to participate in a wide range of programs. You can find detailed information on specific opportunities currently available by viewing TechVolunteer's Opportunities page. Individuals that have registered with TechBridge through the TechBridge TechVolunteer Tool will receive periodic email updates regarding volunteer opportunities.
TechBridge focuses on bringing two types of volunteer resources to any project:
- Individual volunteers that want to leverage their technology expertise to help in their community and work with other technology experts throughout the Atlanta area.
- Corporations that want to organize their internal resources and volunteer as a company to share their knowledge and expertise.
TechBridge opportunities are split into two main types of volunteer programs:
- Short Term: these are limited in scope, scheduled projects that are highly defined, with duration typically measured in hours or days. Projects may build TechBridge's internal capacity or that of its nonprofit clients.
- Long Term: these are more loosely scoped projects focused on specific deliverables, with duration and commitment typically measured in days or months. Projects may build TechBridge's internal capacity or that of its nonprofit clients.
