We use our TechBridge Volunteer Tool to simplify the “on-boarding” process for individual volunteers or companies that have large groups of employees whose time can be used on various projects. The TechVolunteer Tool enables volunteers to create individual accounts where they can identify their areas of expertise, as well as the types of projects they would prefer, enabling TechBridge to maintain an extensive database of technology experts.

This database can then be used to find individuals with specific skills to help staff different types of projects when the need arises. Registering through the TechVolunteer Tool helps TechBridge expand its virtual community by maintaining close contact with volunteers to share new opportunities and the successes of the TechBridge projects.
